We worked with the client team to digitise information capture using a highly interactive Power App. The solution enabled faster, more accurate, and secure project data ingestion with strong governance controls. We implemented Power Automate to automatically collate, transform, and store data in a centralised repository, increasing data confidence and consistency.
The solution drastically reduced the time lag between data capture and reporting, enabling project managers and senior stakeholders to make faster, more informed decisions.
Additionally, interactive project prioritisation, status reporting, and data visualisation using Power BI provided leadership with real-time insights, improving project governance and strategic planning.
